How long does it take to get my order?
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days before it ships. Need it sooner? We offer rush turnaround for an added fee, just reach out through the contact form and we'll get you a timeline and quote.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes, shipping's built into the price you see. No surprise charges at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Since every piece is made to order from your own photo, we're not able to offer returns once it's printed. If it arrives damaged in shipping or there's a printing defect on our end, we'll replace or refund it. Just reach out with a photo of the issue.
Can I get a size that's not listed?
Yes, reach out with the dimensions you have in mind and we'll get you a quote.
What kind of photo file should I send?
Higher resolution holds up better, especially on the larger sizes. If you're not sure your photo will look sharp at the size you want, send it over through the contact form and we'll take a look before you order.
Canvas Prints
What's the difference between the two finishes?
Natural Matte (uncoated) is the truest to how the print looks coming straight off the printer, nothing sits on top of the ink. UV & Scratch Shield (satin) adds a laminate layer that protects against fading and light scratches, a solid pick for busier rooms in the house.
Is the canvas ready to hang out of the box?
Yes, hanging hardware is included with every canvas, no separate framing needed.
How do I take care of my canvas?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and humidity, and dust it with a soft, dry cloth. Check out our full canvas care guide for more detail, including separate tips for each finish.
Giclée Paper Prints
What is giclée printing?
Giclée (pronounced zhee-clay) is fine-art printing done with pigment inks on archival paper instead of regular dye ink on standard stock. It's the same method galleries and museums use for archival reproductions.
Why does giclée cost more than a regular print?
Pigment ink and archival fine-art paper cost more to produce than a standard photo print. You're paying for color accuracy, texture, and longevity, not just a bigger picture.
How long will a giclée print last before fading?
Pigment inks are built for decades of display life under normal indoor lighting, far longer than a typical dye-based print.
Is giclée the same as a regular poster print?
Not quite. A standard poster is usually printed on thin, glossy photo paper with dye-based ink, which fades faster and can look flat. Giclée uses pigment ink on a heavier, textured archival paper, closer to what you'd see framed in a gallery.
